Ok , not going to say it is bad at all. I have been married a few times but my first husband and I were very active. Not in the club but on our own. It establishes even more trust. when you are about to outwardly express how you feel about things that might would normally make your spouse jealous, it makes for a better relationship. Talk alot, make bounries. You may think you have none ot little but there is something she or he  wants just for them. Their special thing with you.  For me it is no hickies on the neck.  That is all for me. Being able to say hey that is far enough and being able to drop in  and stop on a dime if need be. Always , ALWAY comunicate. My now husband and I have never done this and I am starting all over again. Scary sometimes.  But I recently asked my ex if he regreted things we done and he said no.
